Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about shaping the cybersecurity landscape in the UAE. Someone who sees relationships, not just sales targets, and who is inspired by the idea of helping organizations stay safe in an increasingly unpredictable world.

In this role, you will play a central part in expanding our footprint across the UAE and, over time, the wider Middle East. You will help position Bureau Veritas as the partner companies trust when they need clarity, independence, and real-world resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities within critical infrastructure, government, and enterprise sectors.
• Understand the UAE cybersecurity ecosystem and help clients navigate its complexity.
• Become the person clients call when they need guidance, clarity, and a trusted perspective.
• Help execute the Go-to-Market Strategy
• Craft and execute market approaches that reflect Bureau Veritas’ strengths in assurance, compliance, penetration testing, training, and OT/IT/IoT security.
• Drive Regional Growth
• Help pave the way for expansion across the GCC and Middle East as we grow our presence and adapt to local cyber needs.
• Work closely with technical teams to create personalized service offering
• Represent BV Cybersecurity at industry events, bringing our story to life and strengthening our brand.

What you work will look like

• Reaching out to potential clients and opening new conversations.
• Meeting CISOs and IT/security leaders to understand their challenges and propose solutions that matter.
• Building and managing a sales pipeline with clarity and purpose.
• Working with our experts to shape proposals and respond to RFPs with precision.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes.
• Telling our story at conferences, roundtables, and professional networks.
• Collaborating internally to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding client experience.
• Sharing weekly insights and updates to keep our collective efforts aligned.

Your Profile

• We are looking for someone who brings a mix of expertise, passion, and heart.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity or IT business development.
• A strong network in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity standards and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, driven mindset, someone who thrives in fast-moving environments.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and region.
