Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive new business development initiatives across DeFi, wallet, and Layer 1 blockchain products
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic partnerships with protocols, exchanges, infrastructure providers, and institutional clients
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation through deal execution
- Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings
- Maintain deep market intelligence on competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnerships, and long-term strategic agreements
- Provide feedback to product teams based on market and partner insights
- 4+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within Web3, crypto, or fintech
- Direct experience in at least one of the following: DeFi protocols or platforms, crypto wallets (custodial or non-custodial), layer 1 blockchain ecosystems or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and Web3 market dynamics
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships or enterprise deals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Existing network across DeFi, infrastructure providers, or blockchain foundations
- Experience working with developers, protocol teams, or technical stakeholders
- Exposure to institutional crypto, Web3 SaaS, or infrastructure sales
