We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise residential and commercial building projects from concept to handover. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage complex construction activities while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for high-rise construction projects.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities: civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical, operational, and contractual challenges.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow, ensuring delivery within approved budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively managing project challenges to ensure smooth progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders; manage contracts, claims, and change orders.
• Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project engineers, site managers, and support teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, local regulations, and statutory approvals, promoting a strong safety culture across project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, with mandatory high-rise construction experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from foundation to handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Mix Required:

• 70% Construction Management | 30% Project Management

Critical Behavioural Requirement:

• Must be site-driven and comfortable with frequent site visits; hands-on involvement in day-to-day project execution is essential.
