We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures. You will be responsible for monitoring network traffic, managing firewalls and security tools, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The role involves identifying vulnerabilities, implementing mitigation strategies, and working closely with IT and engineering teams to protect systems against cyber threats.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security tools
- Understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience with incident response and vulnerability management
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) are an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
