Job Description:

• Leads Agile Ceremonies, Portfolio Planning to align Initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring Project Business Requirements are delivered within agreed Budget and Time. Lead quarterly Big Room Planning / Program Increment Planning ceremonies.
• Leads activities on delivery and implementation to ensure Enterprise Datawarehouse strategic goals and Modernization objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
• Possesses exceptional Team Player , collaboration and communication skills with experience with On-Prem and Cloud Datawarehouse to lead and own the end-to-end EDW Projects collaborating closely with IT and Business Application teams.
• Possesses Strong leadership skills to lead Design, Operationalize, and continuously improve Data and AI based applications while ensuring adherence to governance and seamless Production Implementation in a highly Complex environment. Exceptional Team Player with strong facilitation skills on Applications/Tools
• Ensures compliance and data integrity: Guide data architecture/engineering decisions to maintain compliance, scalability, and resilience in on-premises and cloud data warehouse solutions.
• Leverage innovation for efficiency: Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot ,other AI capabilities , DevOps , Automation to accelerate analysis, development, documentation for streamlined delivery tracking and operational efficiency. Exceptional Hands on experience on Agile tools like Jira , Jira Service Desk, Confluence etc.
• Optimizes delivery pipeline and resources: Manage capacity, and forecasting to meet demands, while developing metrics to track progress.
• Upholds quality and compliance: Take complete Project ownership to ensure all Data and AI solutions meet security, regulatory, and scalability standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Owns and Tracks Funding Management for development resources using Finance tools.
• Owns and manages Project Risks, Project Planning, Team's Capacity Planning, Project Change Control etc. Document various project metrics , Statistics , Reporting data, Business values etc to share with Executives.
