Contract Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to support a new Genesys Cloud Contact Centre project with one of our government clients. This is a long-term contract position that requires background working on contact centre solution projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Min 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Must have experience in Contact Centre Solutions
- Must hold a reliability level government of Canada security clearance
- Must have experience in project delivery and tracking using Waterfall and Agile
- Must be resourceful, a quick learner, have leadership skills, be a strong facilitator, and have positive attitude
- Must have the ability to maintain good client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Bilingual (FR/EN)
- Experience working within the Government
