This role goes beyond feature delivery, it requires strong ownership of production stability, reliability, security, and operability.
You will work closely with DevOps, Security, and QA teams to ensure the platform remains resilient, observable, and well-operated, while continuing to evolve the application through disciplined full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Enhancement

- Build and enhance secure, scalable frontend and backend services using modern frameworks and APIs.
- Apply security, reliability, and observability best practices in all application designs and enhancements.
Production Support & Operations
- Provide L3 application support, including incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes for production issues.
- Work closely with DevOps teams during incidents to diagnose issues across application, infrastructure, and deployment layers.
- Analyse application logs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify and resolve performance or stability risks.
Release & Change Management
- Support release management activities including impact assessment, change validation, rollback planning, and post-release verification.
- Participate in production deployments and ensure changes meet operational and security requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to and maintain operational artefacts such as:
- Runbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Application health checks and dashboards
- Operational and incident response documentation
- Continuously improve system operability through better monitoring, alerting, and automation.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, QA, and stakeholders to resolve application and security issues within defined SLAs.
- Communicate clearly and calmly during incidents, releases, and system changes to maintain transparency and trust.
Experience & Technical Skills
Core Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer supporting production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- VueJS (frontend)
- Laravel (backend)
- Golang (services / APIs)
- Solid understanding of frontend frameworks, RESTful API design, and backend service development.
- Experience working with containerised applications (Docker); exposure to Kubernetes or ECS is preferred.
- Proven experience handling L3 support, incident debugging, and root-cause analysis in live environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and operate under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
