You will develop and drive the hospital-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy that aligns with organisational goals. In this role, you shall provide expertise in AI and healthcare technology that enables the Hospital to deliver re-designed clinical and operational workflows which positively impact our patients and staff. You will provide thought leadership and catalyse new propositions in the implementation of the AI by leading a core data science group. You will contribute to the AI-powered phygital hospital vision by guiding and interacting with various agile multi-disciplinary multi-professional teams to enable successful implementation of AI and technology across the clinical and operational domains.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of academic and industry leadership experience in digital health, data science, and technology with a focus on the healthcare industry.

• Deep understanding of healthcare technology, artificial intelligence and digital health

• Expertise in AI development and implementation, leveraging implementation science and convergence science.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in leading and inspiring teams, especially in data science and artificial intelligence domain.

• Proven capabilities to integrate global best practices into the local context while maintaining the hospital’s unique culture and values.

• Track record of collaborating with and influencing senior leadership and working across matrix organisations in a dynamic environment.
