Strategy Analyst

Position: Strategic Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, and produce industry research reports and strategic development briefs.
• Monitor competitor movements, analyze business models, and perform valuation assessments.
• Participate in strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A, partnerships), supporting due diligence and evaluating financial and business feasibility.
• Build and maintain core business-related data models, including forecasting models, regression analyses, and causal inference frameworks.
• Use BI tools for data visualization and reporting, delivering insights that support business and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to drive data-informed decision-making across functions.
• Support various strategic projects, research tasks, and analytical needs within the strategy department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, industry research, or consulting; background in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Python or R and experience in data modeling is required.
• Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Capable of independently producing research reports, PowerPoint presentations, and executive-level briefing materials.
• Good English reading and writing skills; experience handling English materials or drafting bilingual reports is a plus.
