What You’ll Do In The Role
Morgan Stanley & Co, LLC is seeking an Associate, Research in New York, New York to Design and enhance the metrics and reporting for Research analyst performance tracking. Guide Research analysts with client targeting and client engagement strategies by consolidating and analyzing large data sets. Conduct data analytics to distill information into clear summaries and strategic insights for senior management. Develop requirements and manage delivery for management data platforms. Use Python to automate and streamline data process and emails generation. Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Research COO team. Collaborate with team members and cross-divisional stakeholders in the US and overseas. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Requires a Master’s in Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Requires one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year as a Data Analyst or a related role
- Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills:
- SQL;
- Python;
- Excel;
- VBA,
- Data cleaning;
- Data visualization;
- Modeling using Machine Learning algorithms;
- Statistical testing;
- Advanced data analytics; and
- Project management skills.
