Position: Golang Developer – AI Expert

Compensation: $95-$135/hr

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs using Go.
• Implement backend validation, error handling, and security best practices.
• Plan and execute database migrations, schema changes, and performance tuning.
• Test and evaluate AI-powered coding models within Cursor.
• Document bugs, incidents, and edge cases with clear technical detail.
• Collaborate with research teams via Slack during focused testing cycles.
• Provide structured feedback through surveys and written reports to improve AI tools.

Requirements

• Strong years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Go (Golang).
• Proven experience with RESTful and GraphQL API design.
• Solid understanding of backend security, data validation, and error handling.
• Experience with database migrations and schema design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in fast-paced, confidential environments.
