HR Strategy & Management


  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Ensure HR practices support business growth and organizational culture

Recruitment & Staffing


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal personnel

  • Define job roles, responsibilities, and competency requirements

  • Identify, attract, and hire suitable candidates for each role

Training & Development


  • Design and manage employee training and development programs

  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant internship programs

  • Organize and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills

  • Align learning initiatives with company goals and performance needs

Employee Relations


  • Ensure employee health, safety, and welfare

  • Handle employee grievances and complaints confidentially and professionally

  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment

Performance Management


  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance

  • Support managers with performance improvement initiatives

  • Manage employee leave and attendance records

Policies & Compliance


  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain workplace discipline and code of conduct

  • Monitor and manage conflicts of interest

Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees

  • Manage off boarding and exit procedures

  • Implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover

Payroll & Administration


  • Manage payroll processes accurately and on time

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal guidelines


Requirements

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and HR tools

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong change management and organizational skills

Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources

  • At least 2 years in a senior or managerial HR role

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Science, or a related field

  • CIPD certification is an added advantage
