HR Strategy & Management
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Ensure HR practices support business growth and organizational culture
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal personnel
Define job roles, responsibilities, and competency requirements
Identify, attract, and hire suitable candidates for each role
Design and manage employee training and development programs
Maintain up-to-date and relevant internship programs
Organize and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills
Align learning initiatives with company goals and performance needs
Ensure employee health, safety, and welfare
Handle employee grievances and complaints confidentially and professionally
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong change management and organizational skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
At least 2 years in a senior or managerial HR role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Science, or a related field
CIPD certification is an added advantage
