Job Summary
The Revenue Management Specialist is responsible for analyzing data, forecasting demand, and optimizing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This role uses data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure effective revenue optimization across products, services, or channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to develop accurate revenue forecasts.
- Monitor pricing, inventory, and sales performance to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market movements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.
- Prepare and present revenue reports, dashboards, and performance analysis to management.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and revenue-related KPIs.
- Manage and optimize revenue management systems and tools.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to demand, capacity, and pricing.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across revenue reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial analytics.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; experience with revenue management systems is a plus.
