Ciklum is looking for a Middle Research Analyst to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle Research Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

We support a global digital commerce company by providing content management services to ensure high-quality product information for their online retail partners. Our team focuses on creating accurate and well-structured product descriptions used for listings on major e-commerce platforms.

As part of the project, Ciklum specialists work with a wide variety of product categories — primarily hardware, software, and office equipment, with occasional assignments related to consumer goods such as cosmetics and apparel. All content creation activities are managed through the client’s internal system, which converts product data requests into a structured backlog of tasks.

Our mission is to deliver clear, detailed, and compliant product information that enhances visibility and supports successful online sales for global retail brands.

Responsibilities:

• Search the internet, data analysis, and entry of PC/network hardware, software specifications to database forms in English
• Research, write, gather, organise, and edit information for publication on websites
• Fact-check dates and other statements for accuracy
• Ensure text meets tone and character count outlined by company policies
• Make corrections and suggest edits to the document
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge and interest in consumer electronics – professionally or as a hobby
• Comfortable with English - written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Computer hardware knowledge and keen to learn and understand our internal systems
• Ability to seek technical data on the internet and analyse a large amount of information
• Ability to work independently and also part of a team
• Broad scope in information technology sphere
