We are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support our Global Operations function.
This role focuses on analytical, cross-functional work that helps improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability.

Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Work on open-ended analytical problems related to operations, costs, and performance
- Turn raw, sometimes messy data into clear insights and recommendations
- Build models, frameworks, and metrics to support operational decisions
- Support both ongoing monitoring and ad-hoc strategic analysis
- Create clear documentation, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics (in operations, finance, or a related field)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal English
- Proactiveness and curiosity
- Remote work experience
- Startup experience
- Background in economics, industrial engineering, business, or data
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, or automation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ownership and independence
- Team player
