We are seeking skilled Backend Developers (PHP) to build robust server-side applications for our US IT recruitment platform. Work onsite to develop custom PHP solutions powering candidate management, job matching APIs, recruiter dashboards, and client portals. Handle 2-4 projects simultaneously with high initiative and deadline pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom PHP5+ applications with MySQL5+ databases
Build and maintain backend systems for recruitment platforms
Work with PHP frameworks: WordPress, Laravel, CakePHP, Magento
Implement AJAX for dynamic frontend-backend communication
Create clean web layouts with pixel-perfect visualization
Handle browser compatibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Debug, optimize, and maintain production PHP applications
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and US clients

Required Skills & Qualities

Technical: PHP5+, MySQL5+, AJAX, custom PHP programming
Frameworks: WordPress, Laravel, CakePHP, Magento (plus point)
