• Job Overview:
• The Product Manager is responsible for leading the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of key OWG Tech Products ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. In addition, adhering to product and project management best practices, standards, and guidelines. This position is an internal role and will support products and teams that work within Oliver Wyman. While our core business is in consulting, this role is not a consultant position.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and execute OWG Tech projects aligned with departmental or organizational strategy.
• Develop effective project plans with defined objectives, deliverables, and communication plans.
• Manage product resources and budget to ensure objectives are met.
• Partner with OWG Tech managers, to ensure roles and expectations are clearly defined and understood on each product.
• Identify critical paths and risks and on the product; track them and facilitate mitigation of these risks.
• Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Report health and status utilizing agreed product and project management systems and tools.

• Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies.
