In this role, you will translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
You will be hands-on across the full design lifecycleresearch, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and refinementwhile continuously learning and adapting to evolving design trends and AI-driven tools. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces based on UX research and data-driven insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iteratively improve designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business) to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.
- Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, components, and best practices.
- Ensure attention to detail across layouts, typography, color systems, and interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging UI/UX patterns, AI-powered design tools, and new technologies.
- Act as a strong individual contributor, owning design outcomes end-to-end.
- 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer / IT Domain.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong experience in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an innovative and structured thought process.
- Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to and practical usage of AI tools to enhance design productivity and creativity.
- Portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects and problem-solving approaches.
- Active involvement in UI/UX forums, regional or global design communities, groups, or meetups to stay current with market trends.
- Experience designing forms, workflows, and user journeys for diverse regions and audiences.
- Familiarity with modern design systems and best-in-class design techniques.
- Certifications or professional courses in UI/UX design.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability, feasibility, and business impact.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Prior Experience In UI/UX-focused Roles Is Highly Preferred.
