Key Criteria (What We’re Looking For)

You’ll be a strong match if you meet most of the following:

Essential

  • University graduate with around 1 year of relevant experience (project coordination, programme support, operations, sustainability, consulting, policy or similar)
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality written outputs
  • Confident using Excel or spreadsheet-based tracking tools
  • Process-driven, structured and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams

Desirable

  • Interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, mining, metals or supply chains
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder or international projects
  • Comfortable engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders


The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of a major multi-partner sustainability programme, working closely with programme leadership and external stakeholder organisations.

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track, ensuring quality, and supporting collaboration across global partners in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating virtual and in-person events, meetings and stakeholder engagements
  • Supporting project planning, timelines and delivery milestones
  • Conducting quality assurance and consistency checks on standards, documentation and supporting materials
  • Managing data, stakeholder feedback and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy, structure and data integrity
  • Preparing presentation materials and briefing decks for internal and external audiences
  • Taking and circulating detailed meeting notes and actions
  • Providing wider programme and administrative support across sustainability initiatives

Some international travel may be required.
