About the Role

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level UX/UI Designer focused on building intuitive and conversion-optimized experiences across SCRYPT’s digital ecosystem. You’ll own the UX/UI of our public websites and contribute to design improvements across internal and client-facing platforms. Working closely with developers, marketers, and product managers, you’ll translate business requirements into clean, accessible, and scalable designs. 

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and visual development of SCRYPT’s public websites (scrypt.swiss, scrypt.li), ensuring clarity, performance, and conversion.
• Translate marketing, brand, and compliance requirements into intuitive, high-impact web experiences.
• Build responsive designs in Figma across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Maintain and evolve our visual design systems (typography, color palette, iconography, interactions).
• Collaborate with developers to hand off and QA implementation (Payload).
• Support the creation of marketing assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, email templates, social graphics).
• Contribute UX guidance and mockups for internal tools and the client-facing trading platform.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for new or updated product features.
• Conduct user research and gather stakeholder feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI experience, with a portfolio showcasing responsive web and digital product design.
• Proficiency in Figma (required); knowledge of Payload, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva is a plus.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, design systems, and modern web interaction patterns.
• Experience collaborating with frontend developers to implement designs accurately.
• Ability to distil complex requirements into elegant, usable interfaces.
• Comfortable with fast-paced workflows and feedback-driven iteration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with great attention to detail and strong time management.
• Bonus: Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
