2 Operations Engineer – DevOps / Cloud Operations (Junior)

As an Operations Engineer you’ll:

• Keep cloud systems running smoothly with monitoring, automation, and performance tuning.
• Solve complex technical problems and improve workflows to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across IT, engineering, and analytics to drive measurable impact.
• Support customers and provide on-call expertise to ensure reliability and excellence.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–5 years in technical support, cloud operations, or DevOps (Azure experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Azure services (VMs, Functions, App Services, SQL Database, Storage) and T-SQL; scripting (PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, security awareness, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Healthcare IT or data archival experience is a bonus.
