The Role

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help elevate the digital experience across our websites, member areas and mobile apps. You’ll use research, design thinking and strong UI skills to deliver intuitive, accessible and customer-led solutions.

This full time role is a 2-year fixed term contract based in our Geelong Head Office with the option for hybrid work (min 2 days per week in the office).


You Will

  • Design and iterate user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile
  • Utilise user research, usability testing and translate insights into clear design solutions
  • Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • Maintain and evolve our design system and ensure brand and accessibility standards are met
  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketing and other key stakeholders as required to optimise member journeys and conversion


The Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualification in UX, design, marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI or digital experience design
  • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility and best-practice UX
  • A user-first mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Highly desirable

  • Experience in health, financial services or a regulated industry
  • Background in graphic design, copywriting or human-centred design
