You'll be the Scrum Master for 1-2 data squads within a major financial services client's Data Office, guiding teams through complex data initiatives while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Working hybrid (3 days in Sydney office), you'll enjoy the flexibility to balance deep focus work with meaningful face-to-face collaboration. This specialized data-focused role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge analytics teams while applying your agile expertise in a domain where it's genuinely valued and understood.

The client needs a strong leader who can drive results, challenge the status quo, and push teams to deliver excellence without compromise.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies for data-focused squads handling complex analytics and data pipeline projects
- Coach team members on agile practices while understanding data engineering challenges and constraints
- Remove impediments specific to data delivery, from technical blockers to stakeholder alignment issues
- Drive accountability and performance standards while fostering collaborative problem-solving environments
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as Scrum Master specifically within data teams, environments, or projects
- Deep understanding of data concepts, pipelines, analytics, and the unique challenges data teams face
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and SAFe frameworks with ability to articulate their benefits clearly
- Assertive leadership style that drives results while coaching teams to find solutions independently
