We are seeking a hands-on Technical Manager who can design systems, guide engineering teams, and actively contribute to code across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong execution capability in React, Node.js, React Native, Flutter, and Native iOS/Android, with ownership of architecture, delivery, and engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Architecture

• Own high-level and low-level system design for web and mobile applications
• Design scalable architectures using React (Web), Node.js (Backend), React Native & Flutter (Mobile)
• Make architecture decisions between cross-platform vs native mobile approaches
• Define API contracts, data models, and integration patterns
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices

Hands-on Engineering Leadership

• Provide code-level guidance and reviews across:
• React.js (Web)
• React Native & Flutter (Cross-platform Mobile)
• Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Node.js backend services
• Lead debugging, refactoring, and complex production issue resolution
• Maintain a hands-on contribution to critical modules

Mobile App Ownership

• Define mobile architecture standards (state management, modularity, offline sync)
• Guide teams on App Store & Play Store compliance, builds, and releases
• Oversee third-party SDK integrations and platform-specific optimizations

Delivery & Team Management

• Lead small-to-mid sized engineering pods (Web, Mobile, Backend, QA)
• Drive sprint planning, estimations, and delivery commitments
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
• Mentor engineers and support growth into senior roles

Process, Quality & DevOps

• Establish coding standards and review practices
• Ensure strong testing discipline (unit, integration, automation readiness)
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and release workflows

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in client discussions, architecture walkthroughs, and technical reviews
• Support pre-sales with estimations and technical feasibility

Technical Skills

Web & Backend

• React.js (hooks, performance optimization, state management)
• Node.js (REST APIs, authentication, scalable backend design)

Mobile

• React Native (architecture and performance tuning)
• Flutter (cross-platform app development and state management)
• Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) fundamentals
• Experience choosing and executing hybrid vs native strategies

Architecture & Cloud

• Strong fundamentals in system design and application architecture
• Database design experience (SQL & NoSQL)
• Cloud exposure (AWS) - (Azure preferred)
• Understanding of security and scalability considerations
