Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Growth Marketing Lead. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own growth strategy, funnel design, and performance oversight across multiple brands. This role is responsible for turning business goals into measurable growth outcomes and ensuring alignment across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
This is a strategic and analytical role with light hands-on execution and strong cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Own growth strategy and priorities across 4–5 brands
• Define and manage marketing funnels (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention)
• Set KPIs and success metrics (CAC, CPL, MQLs, ROAS, LTV where applicable)
• Allocate budgets across brands and channels in collaboration with leadership
• Oversee paid media, organic social, and email performance
• Partner with Paid Media Specialist and Content & Social Manager to ensure alignment
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into action
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality standards
• Recommend tools, platforms, and process improvements
What You Will Not Own
• Daily social posting
• Paid campaign setup or trafficking
• Community management
• Asset design or video production
Qualifications
• 7+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-product portfolios
• Strong understanding of paid media, lifecycle marketing, and funnels
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience working with lean teams and fast-moving environments
• Ability to prioritize across competing brand needs

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis

- Proficiency in growth hacking techniques and a results-oriented mindset
- Sales expertise, including identifying opportunities and driving customer acquisition
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and customer engagement tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
