• Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/University) as well as knowledge in plastics engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or technology management
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken; CAD skills are an advantage
• Passion for innovation, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
• Independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
