• University degree in related field or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in job evaluation.
• Minimum three years of experience in organisational design.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Well-developed communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
• Proven time management skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and customer centric attitude.
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining organisation structures, job and position codes in SAP.
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  
  
  

Language Qualifications

• NATO's two official languages are English and French. Both languages are important in the work of this post, therefore fluency in one official NATO language and working knowledge of the other are essential.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
