- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR, Arbeitsrecht oder vergleichbare fundierte Qualifikation
- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist:in oder einer ähnlichen Rolle im HR-Bereich (idealerweise in Unternehmen mit Filial- oder Konzernstruktur)
- Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeitsrechts und erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Hohe Affinität zu HR-Systemen, Digitalisierung und Prozessverbesserung
- Souveräne, klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen lösungsorientiert zu agieren
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und professionelles Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
