We are looking for a Scrum Master who shares our passion for Agile product development and is able to drive it forward. We are not only Agile on paper, but we live and breathe it daily and are constantly optimizing our ways of working. Our aim is for our teams to work optimally together and to achieve the best possible outcome.
That is why we are looking for a skilled translator of Agile ways of working to teams and the company, capable of demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness and creating clarity on team health, progress, risks etc. Someone who is open to new experiments and has a drive for continuous learning as well as understands the importance of self-improvement and self-reflection. A good listener and observer with the ability to ask powerful open-ended questions.
Your upcoming mission:
- Responsible for up to two teams and empower them to become self-organized, performant teams.
- Helping the teams to improve their ways of working, to be efficient, effective, and to work at a sustainable pace
- Supporting the teams and the company to increase collaboration, predictability, and visibility.
- Enabling the teams to make quick and balanced decisions
- Organizing and facilitating productive and effective meetings, agile ceremonies, and workshops
- Guiding the team in identifying and handling risks
- Living a learning and open feedback culture.
- You mentor development team members on Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum principles and best practices. and technical and personal growth
- Daring and passionate people building important products.
- An innovative Agile working environment allowing for collaboration with smart people and knowledge sharing in cross-functional teams.
- We encourage technical evangelists, so if you are interested in any thought leadership contributions (blogs, conferences) within the realm of the organization, we are happy to support you
Essential skills for your mission:
- Attained at least 5 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master
- Attained at least 7 years of experience within product development
- Experience with various methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe
- SAFe 6.0 Certification
- Interpersonal, problem-solving skills, compelling storytelling, presentation skills, and influencing abilities
- The ability to recognize and aid the resolution of team and cross-team conflicts and impediments
- Technical background: experience in working in software development and/or a technical degree
- Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum – including training and participation in conferences, user groups, podcasts, etc
- Experience on a Team of Teams level
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ medical device industry and/or highly regulated environments
