What is this job about?

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you work closely with different stakeholders, as part of the delivery teams, to deliver high business value and create meaningful digital experiences. You engage independently and confidently throughout the entire design process, including designing digital services that may include AI or automated features, ensuring they are useful, understandable, and aligned with real user needs and practical workflows.

Detailed responsibilities and duties

• Design UX solutions aligned with defined customer business objectives
• Balance usability, business value, and delivery constraints in design work
• Understand how UX decisions impact adoption, efficiency, and customer outcomes
• Facilitate workshops with different stakeholders
• Work closely with users, customers, and developers, iterating design solutions at high speed
• Create service maps, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user testing to validate new concepts and improve existing ones
• Design user experiences that may include smart or automated functionality
• Apply AI tools throughout your design process effectively and efficiently

• Confidence in explaining the value of design thinking to customers and internal teams
• A collaborative and professional approach when working with colleagues and customers

What you need to be successful

• Vision, can-do attitude and motivation to learn
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Fluent Finnish and English languages

Education level

Msc. or BSc. on User Experience, Digital Design or similar field

Experience and skills we are looking for

• Proven record of designing successful digital services in B2B, B2C, and SaaS contexts
• Experience conducting UX research to guide your design process
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes to materialize ideas quickly
• Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of involvement
• Experience designing services that include automation or intelligent assistance
• Good understanding of how data-driven or AI features affect design
• Empathetic and sharp-minded, with the ability to advocate for users

• Figma & Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with modern design workflows, including AI design or research tools
