About Us:

Condoroo is revolutionizing condominium management in Portugal through AI and automation. As a fast-growing startup, we streamline processes and enhance the client experience by integrating technology into every aspect of condominium management.

We’re currently managing over 100 condominiums, with ambitious plans to scale to 500 by mid-next year. By joining our team, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping our technology stack and contributing to meaningful growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate to design and implement automation scripts using JavaScript to streamline internal processes.
• Build and maintain backend services with Node.js, hosted on Vercel.
• Manage and optimize our data systems stored in Airtable.
• Leverage GitHub and GitHub Actions to maintain efficient CI/CD workflows.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize our technology stack for scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to ideate and implement new features that enhance client experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• A good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Node.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with Airtable or SQL is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
