Role Description

This is an Equity-Based remote role for a Podcast Host at Dera Finance. The Podcast Host will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content for Dera’s podcast series, conducting research on relevant topics, interviewing industry experts and other stakeholders, communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences, and promoting episodes through social media and other channels. The role will require creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital assets and decentralized finance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills for hosting podcasts and crafting engaging narratives
• Research and Interviewing skills to prepare for episodes and interact with expert guests
• Experience with Social Media to promote podcast episodes and grow audience engagement
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
• Passion and understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and decentralized finance is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
• Experience in hosting or producing podcasts is a plus
