Our client, a Global Bank, is looking to hire a Product Manager for their European Transaction Banking team, focussing on Commercial Cards.

You will be responsible for the development and performance of the commercial cards product and services, providing expert knowledge across the product lifecycle and coordinating with product, marketing, sales, and customer service teams.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a specialist point of reference for assigned products and services, supporting both clients and internal teams with detailed knowledge of capabilities, value, constraints, risk considerations, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging functionality, regulatory changes, and potential risk factors, using insights from sales performance and customer input to inform enhancements and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.
• Handle product-related queries, provide practical guidance, and support the timely resolution of issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Communicate product value and functionality to prospective users, helping to build confidence and drive uptake.
• Contribute to the creation and rollout of product-related promotional materials, including written content, presentations, and digital assets.
• Support internal knowledge sharing by taking part in training activities and information sessions for colleagues and partners.
• Represent the product at relevant industry events and professional forums, helping to raise awareness and stimulate interest.
