Senior Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst – Analytics & Reporting (12-Month Contract)

Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

Contract: 12-Month

Role Overview:

On behalf of my client I'm looking for a Data Analyst to deliver data-driven insights and reporting, with some exposure to end-to-end data engineering. The role focuses on Power BI dashboards, online analytics (Google Analytics / BigQuery), and supporting data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work with Google Analytics and BigQuery to extract and prepare data.
• Support ETL/data engineering tasks where required.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst.
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics / BigQuery.
• Exposure to data engineering / ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Azure Databricks or Python/R.
