The Product team:

Our Product team encompasses Product Management, Design, Development and Marketing analysis. We are a multidisciplinary team with the mission of delivering meaningful outcomes to the business, through digital transformation of financial services.

Role Description:

As a Product Manager you will assist our team of Product Management in:

  • Executing product discovery
  • Drafting the product roadmap
  • Backlog prioritization and definition
  • Stakeholder management
  • Producing product documentation
  • Bridge Product with Design and Development
  • Engage with and promote Agile practices

Mandatory requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • 2 years experience as a Product Manager, Project manager, Business Analyst, Marketing Assistant or similar position;
  • Experience working in close contact with design, engineering, marketing and sales (all or some of these);

Highly valued requirements:

  • Familiar with the use of Epics and User stories;
  • Familiar with collaborative working tools such as Jira, Miro, Trello and Notion;
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies

Language requirements:

  • Advanced/fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Where: Hybrid, Lisbon based
