You will join the Agile Community as an Agile Coach to guide distributed teams across Switzerland, India, USA, and Italy. Your mission involves collaborating with Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to drive adoption and maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Transformation: Drive and improve Agile adoption to enable early delivery of working software.
• Mentorship & Training: Train and support teams to enhance product quality; organize workshops, serious games, and ad-hoc training sessions.
• DevOps & Engineering Excellence: Promote practices such as TDD, BDD, and automated testing while fostering collaboration to reduce manual tasks and accelerate releases.
• Backlog & Planning: Guide the definition and decomposition of Epics, Features, and User Stories; improve predictability for releases and sprints.

Key Requirements:

• Framework Mastery: Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Technical Background: Proven experience in Agile coaching supported by a development background (Familiarity with Design Patterns, Unit Testing, and DevOps).
• Global Collaboration: Ability to work in a multicultural environment with excellent oral and written English skills.
