You’ll join while core architecture, data flows, and engineering principles are actively being designed, with the opportunity to take real ownership and shape how the product is built and how teams collaborate.
The platform is built around intelligent automation, real-time data processing, ML modeling, and large-scale distributed systems, with AI deeply embedded at its core. By working with complex data, we deliver a powerful self-service analytics experience that enables faster, smarter marketing decisions.
Main Responsibilities
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Main Responsibilities
- Develop a system and solutions that could be easily scalable
- Write clean, tested, documented code that delivers real business value
- Own the entire development cycle—from research and prototyping to deployment
- Deliver and review technical design, code, and documentation
- Contribute to technical decision-making in an early-stage, fast-growing project
- Create, review and maintain multiple microservices in order to optimize them for best performance and stability
- Have deep knowledge in Golang
- Have some experience or interested in PHP, NodeJS or similar languages
- Know how SQL and NoSQL databases work and how to write optimized queries and debug them if needed
- Know why automated tests can save the world
- Real-time data processing and event streaming is something you already know or it seems to be an interesting field to you
- Be passionate about technology and interested in constantly trying something new
- Have some experience with any of the following technologies we extensively use in our stack: Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, Gitlab CI, Redis
- Any experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation, etc.)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e. g. TypeScript, React, etc.)
- Have a clue on how web scraping works
- Monthly gross salary is 4500 - 7200 eur/month
