You will join an internal IT team made up of around 10 software developers, a web designer, and a CTO. The role is based in a product-driven environment with minimal legacy maintenance and a strong emphasis on building new products and features from scratch.

- Participate in decision-making related to new digital products and features, contributing from initial concept through development and long-term maintenance
- Design, build, and maintain new products end to end
- Contribute to the development of IT products used in international markets
- Develop enhancements and new features for existing web platforms and internal systems built with PHP (Laravel)
- Collaborate closely with other developers, sharing ideas, tools, and modern technologies
- Stay up to date with PHP and Laravel ecosystem developments, continuously improving application quality by writing clean, testable, and well-structured code
- 3+ years of professional experience with PHP
- Hands-on experience with Laravel or Symfony (Laravel preferred)
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases
- Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
- A mindset that combines creativity with analytical thinking
- Experience with Nginx, Redis, and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Unix/Linux command-line experience
- Experience with Docker and docker-compose
- Front-end experience with Vue.js or another modern JavaScript framework
- Exposure to big data-related projects
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
