To keep pushing boundaries, we’re growing our small but mighty engineering team and looking for an experienced Backend Engineer who wants to build systems that truly matter.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building high-performance, scalable backend services & APIs
• Architecting robust systems that power AI-driven personalization at scale
• Implementing and optimizing message-driven architectures (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Working with both relational and document-based databases
• Collaborating closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to ship impactful features
• Setting the bar for engineering best practices, code quality, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Experience with:
• Message queues (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Document databases (MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of type safety
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator
• Go experience is a plus — if not, we trust you’ll pick it up fast
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
