GET READY TO:

• Oversee the full-cycle of recruitment efforts, identify and attract outstanding candidates.
• Constantly improve talent experience, from user-friendly talent attraction to meaningful onboarding.
• Be an enthusiastic and visible champion of the Balcia culture and values.
• Lead performance management process that helps us reward and recognize frontrunners.
• Work on the Balcia employer brand in close collaboration with the marketing & PR team.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve engagement.
• Be a trusted advisor to Balcia people by providing guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Administrate HR data and documentation, related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
• Develop and maintain HR tools and software, policies, processes and procedures.
• Work in close cooperation with People & Culture team on different strategic priorities.

TO FIT HERE, YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 3 years of HR-related experience; experience in fast paced industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, HR policies, and best practices.
• Strong recruitment background with experience building high-performing teams.
• A self-starter approach, getting things done and managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive team player, collaborative and cross-functional working capacity.
• Proficiency and knowledge of HR tool/software; experience with SageHR, Axapta, and Talent LMS is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills in Lithuanian & English.
