Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading assigned large projects across Baltics and multiple teams inside and also outside SEB, by setting clear goals and deliveries, reasonable scope/ plans/ budget, applying proper governance and working routines, stakeholder management, top management reporting to ensure needed delivery
- Contributing, proposing, and taking active role in improving Baltic portfolio governance and project management framework and processes
- Contributing, proposing, and taking active role in improving Baltic development governance framework and process
- Being active project management community member by promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
- 2 or more years of experience in Project management (preferably cross-country) by leading projects independently as the main project manager
- Solid understanding of project management as well as general knowledge within technology and development process in Agile environment
- Passion about improving environment
- Excellent networking and communication, as well as stakeholder management skills with both business and IT
- Fluent English language skills
- Up for a challenge and ready to suggest new ideas
