🧠What You’ll Do

We are looking for a .NET consultant to reinforce a small team responsible for a business-critical legacy application used for sales and provisioning activities.

The application is based on .NET Framework and requires:

• ongoing production support, and
• functional and technical evolutions requested by business teams.

The role combines development, support, analysis, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, reliability-driven environment.

Objectives

• Ensure stable and reliable operation of the application in production
• Contribute to the controlled evolution of a legacy system
• Improve maintainability, robustness, and code quality over time

Responsibilities

• Production support (incident analysis, troubleshooting, bug fixing)
• Development and maintenance of existing and new functionalities
• Participation in technical and architectural discussions
• Coordination with other IT teams to manage dependencies
• Clear communication on progress, issues, and next steps

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8.0
• Expertise in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web services (REST & SOAP)
• Solid understanding of Clean Code principles and SOLID design patterns
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration
• Administration and configuration of IIS
• Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
