We are looking for a business analyst specializing in Testing Instant payment.

Business Analyst – Testing with strong experience in instant payment schemes (such as WERO, SEPA Instant Credit Transfer, or equivalent real-time payment systems). The role focuses on business analysis, functional testing, and validation of instant payment solutions, ensuring compliance with scheme rules, regulatory requirements, and high availability standards.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business, IT, testing, and external payment scheme stakeholders, contributing to the delivery of reliable, secure, and compliant instant payment services.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, or Functional Analyst in payments or banking.
• Hands-on experience with instant payment systems (WERO, SCT Inst, RT1, TIPS, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in functional and UAT testing in complex IT environments.

Payments & Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of instant payment flows, clearing and settlement principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messages (e.g. pacs, pain, camt).
• Familiarity with core banking systems, payment hubs, or middleware platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance constraints in payments (PSD2/PSD3 awareness is a plus).

Tools & Methodologies

• Experience with testing tools (e.g. JIRA, Xray, HP ALM, Zephyr, or similar).
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models.
