Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Transfer Agency:

• Analyze business and project needs related to transfer agency and multi-fund environments.
• Perform business analysis, functional analysis, and testing for system enhancements, particularly on trailer fees processes.
• Monitor and control changes linked to the project, including reporting impacts.
• Provide functional expertise on Transfer Agency applications (MFTA and related systems).
• Support replatforming initiatives and ensure smooth rollout into production.
• Organize and deliver user training sessions on new functionalities and process changes.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge base materials.
• Participate actively in release management, including pre- and post-production sanity checks.
• Identify, assess, and monitor project-related risks.
• Support IT transition activities and ensure operational readiness.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Transfer Agency?

• Strong expertise in Multi-Fund Transfer Agency environments.
• Solid knowledge of trailer fees processes within Transfer Agency operations.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or asset management contexts.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and change management principles.
• Ability to perform functional testing and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with documentation, knowledge management, and user training.
• Familiarity with standard office tools and financial systems environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
