We are looking for a Backend Engineer with a broad technical profile — someone who enjoys building backend systems and also understands DevOps, infrastructure, and production environments.

This role is ideal for someone autonomous, with strong logical thinking, who enjoys taking ownership and contributing to architectural decisions.

• Develop and maintain backend services in Golang
• Work with SQL databases
• Contribute to backend architecture and system design
• Collaborate on DevOps and infrastructure-related tasks
• Support the full software lifecycle: development, deployment, and production
• Build and maintain real-time and multiplayer systems

• Solid experience in Backend Development
• Strong knowledge of Golang and SQL
• Experience with AWS services (e.g. EC2, RDS, S3)
• Practical understanding of DevOps and cloud infrastructure
• Experience using Git
• Knowledge of HTTP and WebSocket communication
• Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Availability for on-site work in Porto

• Experience integrating external APIs
• Background in online casino games (slots, crash, table games, bingo)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with unit testing and code quality practices
• Knowledge of Redis or messaging systems (e.g. NATS)
