The Delivery Lead is responsible for managing multiple initiatives within the Markets Operations Technology space, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and project governance, ideally with a background in software engineering.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile, cross-functional software delivery teams to achieve business outcomes, removing impediments and fostering high performance.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects, delivering demonstrable value in every iteration.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Quality, Architecture, UX/UI, and Product Owners to deliver products and improve processes.
  • Manage scope and schedules using Agile prioritization and value-driven approaches.
  • Support creation and management of user stories, backlog, and product roadmap with TPMs and Product Owners.
  • Partner with PMO to allocate resources, validate financial forecasts, and reconcile project expenditures.
  • Define and report on project progress, milestones, risks, and escalate issues promptly.
  • Represent projects in governance forums and ensure adherence to client Change Framework methodologies.
  • Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement in delivery performance and quality.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery practices.
  • Proven experience in project management or product ownership roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical).
  • Risk management expertise with ability to mitigate internal and external risks.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in complex projects.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global experience working with distributed teams.
  • Experience in large-scale change programs and portfolio management.
  • Background in financial services or investment banking.
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a plus.
