We are looking for a Core Network Engineer to join Polystar | Elisa Industriq in the role of Configuration & Support Specialist!

Polystar, a subsidiary of Elisa Plc, focuses on Customer Experience Management, Analytics, and Automation. Our customers are the telecom companies globally.

As a Configuration & Support Specialist, You'll Work On

• Setting up services for new clients and expanding existing ones.
• Providing technical support and resolving incidents.
• Contribute to and lead projects when needed

Key Responsibilities

• System configuration of monitoring and OSS products.
• Integration with third-party tools.
• Technical troubleshooting and documentation.
• Implementing software updates and reviewing system performance.
• Customer communication and reporting.

About You

• Experience in mobile networks or IT in a technical role.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Project management skills or willingness to run projects without prior experience is a big plus.
• Most of all, eager to learn continuously.
• Proficiency in English language (B2 or higher)

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of mobile networks, data and telephone protocols, and Linux.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, IP networks, MySQL & SQL, and scripting is a plus.
