Your Purpose
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team and subsequently the entire Product Development team with the coordination of all Hotel Operations projects. The Project Management teams function is to prioritise, communicate, complete and measure Hotel Operations projects fleetwide. Projects will involve increasing consistency in Hotel Operations, increasing guest NPS and generating return on investment. The Project Coordinator will work with the team on delivering the projects in a timely manner by managing workstreams, setting workshops and reporting progress of execution.
Your Impact
- Owns and updates Gantt Chart for the entire department’s projects.
- Monitors project progress and creates project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinates project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Performs analytical reports related to cost saving impact and ROIs.
- Works with the team to build and prepare presentations and analysis for the Hotel Operations Projects.
- Manages cross departmental communication.
- Monitors success of the project and shares lessons learned for future projects.
- Fluent in English. Any additional language is an advantage.
- Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master or MBA is an advantage.
- Analytical, Project Management or Consulting background.
- Proficient in Excel, Financial Plans, Pivot tables.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Project Management software.
