Senior .NET developer

emagine is looking for a Senior .NET developer to help design, build, and scale a complex, high-performance cloud platform serving a global user base. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile team, tackling challenging problems in distributed systems and shaping the future of a large-scale service.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month (high possibility for extension)

Location: Stockholm. 2-3 days onsite at the office is needed

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Scale: Develop and maintain C#/.NET services running on Kubernetes in AWS.
  • Own Your Work: Take full responsibility from design and testing to deployment and production reliability.
  • Improve Continuously: Promote best practices in architecture, code quality, testing, and automation.
  • Collaborate: Partner with engineers and product teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Your profile (Must haves)

  • Strong professional experience with backend systems in C# and .NET Core.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience of migrating components to Kubernetes
  • Experience with Kubernetes and AWS in production (or other cloud environments)
  • worked with distributed systems and transaction heavy flows,

Nice to have

  • Service-oriented architectures.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, or Redis.
  • Additional programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Kotlin).
