Environment
- On-premise: Windows Server–based applications
- Cloud: Web solutions hosted on AWS Cloud
- Experience required in both Windows-based environments and AWS Cloud
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support in Swedish for end clients
- Support and troubleshoot applications hosted on Windows servers and AWS
- Automate deployment and operational processes using Configuration-as-Code (YAML, JSON, XML)
- Develop and automate DevOps scripts using PowerShell and Bash
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Support cloud infrastructure operations including networking and security
- Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced production environment
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience (Intermediate to Senior level)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server environments
- AWS Cloud
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Configuration-as-Code
- Git and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Operational experience with:
- Cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
- HTTPS / TLS
- Proven success in building and maintaining automation pipelines
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Genuine interest in healthcare technology and operational excellence
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
